However delivery may take slightly longer in some cases due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, courier errors and others. Please check your emails regularly for such updates. 


Our furniture coming from UK Suppliers typically will take around 2-3 Weeks to arrive. 4-5 Weeks for some specialist ranges. The maximum delivery time we quote is for our furniture sourced directly from Italy which is 'Made To Order', estimating 6-8 Weeks delivery time due to the nature of the order. Some items maybe out of stock or discontinued. In this instance you will contacted to advise whether you would like to cancel the order or wait until the item is back in stock.

Room Of choice delivery is where the courier will place the item in your room of choice only. 

Our premium assembly option is where the courier will unpack the item and assemble at your property.  - Please note any damage to the property is dealt directly with the couriers who will have there own insurance.
